“I used to associate finding your work to sheer chance. While what you create and share have always been on the Internet, they do not fall into the category of content created by influencers or content creators that would get higher likability to be discovered through machined algorithm. Gradually, the connection has grown beyond what can be described as chance or fate. It is like having a teacher who keeps continuing and strengthening what I started learning a few years back. It is like having water and sunlight that enable the growth of seeds I gathered alone and was not sure if I could ever plant them myself.”
“I’d also honor this connection as getting to know a dear friend, too…I still do not know what got into me last summer, but after reading your blog and following your Instagram for a while, I decided to reach out. They made me really want to connect with you and get to know you on some more personal level. I might have been totally wrong, and all those impressions might have been just my own projection, but I am grateful I followed my instinct, moved through my nervousness, and reached out. I am even writing and sending this letter now. This is much deeper than what I have imagined the connection could be at first!”
